The refrigerator provides a constant ambient temperature of around 4°C, which is ideal for preserving the nutrients and probiotic bacteria in kombucha.

When you first open your kombucha, you should use it within a day or two. If you're going to keep it longer than that, it's a good idea to store it in the fridge. For optimal storage, we recommend a maximum temperature of 7 °C. Even if you want to drink the kombucha for several days, you should always keep it in the fridge. If you store kombucha at room temperature for several days, it can lose taste or even go bad.
