If you are looking for an easy way to refine your savory dishes, then our KulchaKrauts are the perfect choice for you. Our fermented vegetable mixes are a true all-round talent and can be integrated into any dish. Whether as a topping on salads, as an ingredient in bowls or as a filling in sandwiches - you can easily spice up your favorite dishes with our products.

Basically, however, you should note that fermented foods should not be heated above 40°C so that you can benefit from the healthy microbiotic cultures. We therefore recommend that you do not stir or cook our products in hot meals. But of course the good taste and, for example, some vitamins and fibers are retained even after heating, so it is still worth using our products.

Our goal is to offer our customers the best of nature - and that's why we pay close attention to quality when purchasing our ingredients. We try to grow most of our organic vegetables regionally. This way we can guarantee that the ingredients are fresh and nutritious. We also source our oriental ingredients and spices only from organic farming and fair trade.

We also want to prevent delicious vegetables from being wasted: Since our vegetables are cut or grated anyway, we also try to use "ugly overgrown" vegetables that have been sorted out for wholesale and retail directly after harvest and otherwise end up in the compost would. In this way, we not only conserve resources, but also do something good for the environment.

So we act responsibly - because the health of our customers is important to us! Our existing customers have trusted the quality of our products for many years - because they can be sure that only natural ingredients of the highest quality will be served to them.

Our raw KulchaKrauts are ideal as an accompaniment to all hearty dishes. Whether you're preparing a salad, a bowl or a sandwich, simply add some KulchaKraut and you have a healthy and delicious meal.

But not only the taste is a reason why you should integrate the KulchaKrauts products into your diet. The fermentation creates valuable microbiotic cultures that can have a positive effect on your intestinal environment. The products also contain important vitamins and fibers that are good for your body.

However, make sure that you do not heat the fermented vegetables above 40°C to benefit from the healthy ingredients. So it is best to use them as a cool side dish or add them after heating. It is therefore our goal that every product is handmade by Herzen Berlin and conveys the same awareness of ecological sustainability. With the construction of our transparent factory, we have taken a further step towards meeting this requirement.

Fermented foods are unpasteurized and raw foods that are produced by fermentation with microorganisms. They can have a wide variety of flavors and are a good source of vitamins, minerals and probiotic bacteria. However, they must be stored properly to preserve their flavor and minimize the risk of spoilage. The best way to store fermented foods is in a refrigerator. This will help slow the process of fermentation and keep fermenting. Once fermented foods are refrigerated, they should be used within a week, depending on what you made. It's best to ensure any sealed jars are completely covered - this will help keep harmful bacteria out. When it comes to open ferments or those in disposable containers (other than glass), it is strongly recommended that you clean them after each brew
